How to collect running club fees without chasing anyone
Bizum, bank transfers, a spreadsheet and WhatsApp reminders: that is how many clubs collect fees. There is a simpler way for the club and its members.

Collecting money is the least loved part of running a club. The usual setup is familiar: Bizum or bank transfer, a spreadsheet to note who has paid and messages reminding whoever forgot.
The problem with collecting by hand
- It takes time: matching payments to names takes hours every month.
- There are mistakes: someone pays twice, someone doesn't pay and nobody notices.
- It's awkward: nobody likes asking friends for money.
- There are no invoices: and some members need them.
What a good payment system should do
- Let members pay from their phone in a couple of taps.
- Send the money straight to the club's account.
- Show the club who has paid and how much has come in.
- Let each member download their invoice.
How it works on Kibi
On Kibi you set up memberships and member categories, and members pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or card. The money reaches the club's bank account, you see every payment in the dashboard and members download their invoice.
The same works for event tickets, race entries or club shop products. There is no monthly fee or commitment: paid items carry a 5% fee paid by the participant, so the club receives the full price.
All the details are in payments for clubs and on the app for run clubs page.
