Create activities

Training sessions, events and races with their meeting point, their distance and their capacity. You decide whether sign-ups are accepted automatically or reviewed one by one.

Recurring activities

Build the template once and Kibi generates the sessions week after week, without you publishing them again.

Custom forms

Ask whatever you need at the moment of sign-up: t-shirt size, running level, emergency contact or the waiver. Kibi keeps the runner's answers so they never have to type them again.

Monthly memberships

Create one or more membership plans and the charge renews on its own every month. Sign-ups, cancellations and plan changes are handled from the dashboard.

Attendance control

Take attendance by scanning each participant's code at the meeting point. It is recorded activity by activity.

In-app paymentsFour ways of getting paid, one dashboard

Ticket sales

Price a training session, an event or a race. Several ticket types, pre-sale windows and paid supplements.

Membership fees

A monthly fee that renews on its own, several plans and member categories that unlock with attendance.

Club shop

Publish your club products. Members buy in the app and collect their order with a QR code.

Card reader

Charge straight from your phone: with Tap to Pay technology we turn it into a card reader.

100%

Of the price you set, for your club

You set the price of the ticket or the membership and that amount reaches the club's account in full. The fee is never taken out of your income.

Added on top and paid by the runner

The fee does not come out of your pocket: it is added on top of the price you set and paid by whoever signs up, itemised for them before they pay. Your club pays no monthly plan, no set-up cost, and nothing at all on free activities.

For example

You price the ticket at

The runner pays€10.50

Your club receives€10

Attendance and belongingYou know who actually showed up

Whoever signs up gets a QR code. You scan it on the day and Kibi records who turned up. That tells you which activities work, and lets you reward the ones who never miss.

QR check-in

Every person who signs up gets their code. On the day you scan it with your phone and their attendance is recorded. No paper lists, no calling out names.

Every check-in counts

Your members see in the app how many activities they have been to and how many are left before the next perk. Turning up starts paying off.

Member tiers

You create the tiers and decide how many check-ins each one takes. Every tier gets its own perks: discounts, promo codes or brand deals.

Club Passport

The membership card lives in the phone's Wallet. It carries their QR, the activities they have attended and the club's next race, and it updates itself.

Communicate and growTell your club, and get found

Automatic alerts

You publish an activity and your members get a notification on their phone. Change the time or the meeting point later and they are told again. You write to nobody.

Emails to your members

Send an email to the whole club, or just to one member tier, from the dashboard itself. No exporting lists, no second tool to pay for.

Public page

Your club gets its own address, yourclub.kibiapp.com, and every activity its own link. Share them on WhatsApp or Instagram and whoever opens one can sign up even without Kibi.

The numbers

How many signed up to each activity, how many actually came and how your member list is growing. It tells you which sessions are worth repeating.

Club questions

None of the three. Kibi charges your club nothing: not to sign up, not every month, not for free activities. The only fee is 5% on paid activities, and the participant pays it.

No. Every club and every activity has a public link that works in the browser, so anyone can sign up — and pay — without installing anything. The app adds the chat, the check-in QR, the perks, the Club Passport and their activity history.

Yes. Each activity can be approved automatically or go through you, and you can set a capacity limit and a custom form so you know who you are accepting.
