Running in Madrid. Why it is a good city to run with people.
Where to run in Madrid. The routes the groups use most.
Parque Juan Carlos I
When to run.

How to choose your run club in Madrid.Three things to look at before your first run.
The pace
Look at the pace on each run before you sign up. Social runs usually go at a chatting pace, and clubs that split into pace groups let you start in the slowest and move up.
The day and the meeting point
The club you keep going to is the one that meets on a day you can make, near where you live or work. Check the weekly schedule and meeting points on this page.
The atmosphere
Some clubs train for races and others run to meet people and finish with a coffee. Go to a free run first: most clubs let you try without becoming a member.
