Kibi News: Simplified Payment Management

Managing event payments has never been easier. Clubs charge from the app with Apple Pay, Google Pay or card, and receive the full price they set.

Kibi News: Simplified Payment Management

We're thrilled to announce one of our most requested features: integrated payment management for clubs and event organizers.

The Problem

Until now, collecting payments for running events meant juggling bank transfers, cash, and spreadsheets. Organizers spent more time chasing payments than planning routes.

The Solution: Payments Built Into Kibi

With Kibi's payment system, clubs can now:

  • Create paid events directly from the app
  • Accept Apple Pay, Google Pay and card on a secure payment screen
  • Track revenue in real-time from your club dashboard
  • Issue automatic invoices to every participant

Transparent Pricing

We believe in keeping things simple. Your club receives the full price it sets: on paid activities the 5% platform fee is added to what the participant pays, shown to them itemised before they confirm. No monthly subscription, no set-up cost, and nothing at all on free activities.

How It Works

  1. Create an event and set a price per ticket
  2. Participants pay when they sign up — no manual invoicing
  3. Funds are deposited directly into your club bank account
  4. View reports to see exactly who paid and when

What Organizers Are Saying

"We used to spend hours tracking payments for our weekly trail runs. Now it's completely automatic. Game changer." — Running Club Barcelona
"We set a price and that is exactly what reaches our account. Nothing comes out of the club's income." — Madrid Runners

Getting Started

If you're a club organizer, head to your club settings and turn on payments. It takes less than 5 minutes. For runners, the experience is seamless — just sign up and pay in a single step.

Simplify your event management. Focus on what matters: running together.
